TestPrep LLC. provides IELTS preparation services. Our services include live online lessons, practice materials and support.

3. Registration and your account

To use our services, you must:

• Give accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your account details confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity on your account

4. Payment terms

The following terms apply to payment:

• All prices are shown on our website; on the English pages they are shown and charged in US dollars
• Payment must be made before lessons begin
• Invoices are sent to your registered email address

5. Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your first private lesson, or with the lessons in the first week of a group course, we refund the full amount you paid, no questions asked. Outside this guarantee, refund and withdrawal terms follow the registration or service agreement signed when you enrol and the applicable consumer legislation:

• After the first-lesson or first-week guarantee, refund terms depend on the type of package you bought and how much of it you have used.
• Full refund and withdrawal terms are set out in your registration agreement.
• Refund requests should be sent to info@testprepeurope.com.
• Approved refunds are completed within a reasonable time.
• Practice tests are digital content. They are sold individually or in packs on this site and open on your account as soon as payment is complete. If a pack includes tests that have not been published yet, each one opens on the day it is published. Once a test has opened, there is no right of withdrawal and no refund.
• AI Tutor time is digital content. It is sold in 30-minute blocks and added to your account as soon as payment is complete; minutes you don't use stay on your account for your next practice tests. Once the time has been added to your account, there is no right of withdrawal and no refund.
• When you buy practice tests or AI Tutor time on this site, you confirm these digital-content terms at checkout before you pay.

6. Attending lessons

The following rules apply to lessons:

• You are expected to join lessons on time
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be notified at least 3 hours before the lesson
• A lesson cancelled less than 3 hours beforehand counts as delivered and is not refunded
• If the lesson fee has not been paid at least 3 hours before the lesson, the lesson is cancelled automatically
• Students may not share lesson recordings
• Lesson materials are for personal use only

7. Intellectual property

All teaching materials, lesson content and website content belong to TestPrep LLC. Using, copying or distributing these materials without permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

TestPrep LLC. does not guarantee the exam results achieved through its teaching services. Success depends on the student's own effort and participation.

9. Changes

TestPrep LLC. reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect on the date they are published on our website.
