You are the person who places the order. For practice tests, the question bank and AI Tutor time, that is the holder of the account signed in at checkout. For private lessons and the group course, it is the person whose name, email and phone are given with the order. When a parent books for a student, the parent is the buyer and the student's name is given with the order.

These terms apply to every order for the services and digital content below placed on the English pages. They are concluded in English. Use of the site itself is covered by our Terms of Service. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and our Data Protection Notice.

• IELTS private lessons: one-to-one live online lessons of 90 minutes with a tutor. You can buy 1–10 lessons in one payment, or a package of 10 or 20 lessons. The number of lessons is shown in the order summary. Lessons in a package stay valid until they have been used.
• IELTS group course: 45 hours of live online group lessons (25 topic lessons and 5 mock review lessons, 90 minutes each), on the course timetable. Topic lessons run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 19:00–20:30 Istanbul time. The 5 full IELTS mock tests are on Sundays at 10:00, and each is reviewed in a live lesson the following Tuesday, 19:00–20:30. Each course has 24 places, in classes of no more than 6 grouped by level. The 20 IELTS practice tests and the IELTS Question Bank (Full Access) are included; the tests stay available for 12 months and the bank for 120 days from the day each opens on your account. You choose a start date at checkout, or pay without one and we agree it with you after payment. You can pay in one go or in 2 instalments.
• IELTS practice tests: digital IELTS Academic practice tests taken on this site, sold singly or in packs of 5, 10 and 20. You choose the tests for your pack; a test already on your account is not sold again. Each test can be taken up to 2 times and stays available for 12 months from the day it opens on your account.
• IELTS question bank: digital IELTS Academic practice questions taken on this site, in five plans: Listening, Academic Reading, Listening + Reading, Writing + Speaking, and Full Access. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Access lasts 120 days from the day the bank opens on your account and does not renew. AI band estimates for Writing and Speaking are practice estimates, not official IELTS results.
• AI Tutor time: AI-assisted voice sessions on your practice-test results, sold in 30-minute blocks. Minutes you don't use stay on your account.

The name, quantity and total price of what you buy are shown in the order summary at checkout, which forms part of this contract.

Prices on the English pages are shown and charged in US dollars. The total in the order summary is the amount you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe, and your card details never reach us. One-off payments can be made by card or by another method Stripe offers at checkout. Your invoice is sent to your email address.

Instalments are available for the group course only (2 instalments); the amount of each is shown in the order summary before you pay. The first is taken at checkout and the second one month later from the same card, for the same amount in US dollars; your card is saved with Stripe for that purpose. Instalment plans are paid by card only and cannot be paid by bank transfer.

• Private lessons take place online, on days and at times agreed with you after payment.
• Group lessons take place online on the days and at the times of your course timetable. Live lessons are recorded, and recordings can be watched for 14 days after each lesson.
• The group course's question bank opens on your account once the course's first week is over, and its practice tests on the day of the last topic lesson.
• Practice tests open on your account as soon as payment is complete. Tests in a pack that are not published yet open on the day they are published.
• The question bank opens on your account as soon as payment is complete. If a section of your plan has no published questions yet, it opens on the day it does, and the 120 days start then.
• AI Tutor time is added to your account as soon as payment is complete.
• Lessons and digital content are used online in a current web browser. Digital content is used with the account you bought it with, and AI Tutor sessions also need a microphone.
• A scheduled lesson can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 3 hours before it starts. A lesson cancelled less than 3 hours beforehand counts as delivered and is not refunded. If the lesson fee has not been paid at least 3 hours before the lesson, the lesson is cancelled automatically.

Private lessons and the group course. If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the contract is concluded, which is the day you complete the payment. At checkout you expressly request that the lessons may start before the withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. If you withdraw after lessons have started, private lessons already given are charged at the single-lesson price, the lessons already held in a group course or private group are charged in proportion to the course, and the rest is refunded (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 14(3)). Once all the lessons you bought have been given, the right of withdrawal ends (Article 16(a)). Our guarantees in section 7 go further and apply in addition; where both apply, you get whichever is better for you.

The practice tests and question bank included in a group course are digital content. They open on your account on the dates stated in the delivery section; at checkout you ask for this and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal from each of them once you start using it (Article 16(m)).

Practice tests, the question bank and AI Tutor time. At checkout you ask for access to start straight away and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once you start using it. The right of withdrawal therefore ends for each practice test once you start using it, for the question bank once you start using it, and for AI Tutor time once you start using them (Article 16(m)).

How to withdraw. Tell us of your decision with a clear statement before the period ends: use "Withdraw from contract here" at the bottom of every page, email info@testprepeurope.com, or write to the address in section 1. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to. It is enough to send your statement before the 14 days are over.

What happens next. We refund all payments received from you, less the lessons already given (private lessons at the single-lesson price; group courses and private groups in proportion to the course), and the list prices of any digital content whose right of withdrawal has already ended, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we are told of your decision. We refund to the card you paid with, and you pay no fees for the refund. If you are on an instalment plan, the remaining instalments are not taken.

• If you are not satisfied with your first private lesson, or with the lessons in the first week of a group course, we refund the full amount you paid, no questions asked. After the first week, group course fees are not refunded. Each group is built around its enrolled students: the class size, the tutor and the timetable are set for them, and when one student leaves, the course changes for everyone else in the group. This does not affect your legal right to withdraw within 14 days of payment: if you withdraw in that period after lessons have started, the lessons already held are charged in proportion to the course and the rest is refunded.
• You can cancel a lesson package at any time. Lessons already given are charged at the single-lesson price and the rest is refunded. The first-lesson guarantee applies on top.
• On the group course, outside this guarantee, if you cancel, the lessons already given are deducted and the rest of what you paid is refunded.
• Practice tests and question bank included in a course: a refund under the first-week guarantee is a full refund, because they do not open before the first week is over.
• Practice tests, question banks and AI Tutor time are digital content. You can ask for a refund of a digital product you have not used within 14 days of the payment date. A product counts as used once any practice test in the pack has been started, any question in a paid section of the question bank has been opened, or any second of AI Tutor time has been used; a used product is not refunded.
• Approved refunds are made to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Withdrawals under section 6 are refunded within the 14 days stated there. A full refund of the first payment stops the second instalment.
• Your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee that what we provide conforms to the contract, are not affected.

Each order is a one-off contract, and nothing renews automatically. Lessons in a package stay valid until they have been used. The group course runs on its timetable for 13 to 14 weeks. On the instalment plan, nothing is charged after the second payment. Digital content stays available for the period stated in section 3.

Keep your account details to yourself. Do not share lesson recordings, and do not copy, distribute or sell questions, recordings or other materials. The rest is in our Terms of Service.

Send complaints to info@testprepeurope.com or through our contact page. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country. Consumers in Turkey may also apply to the consumer arbitration committee or the consumer court of their place of residence, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade.

The contract is concluded when you complete the payment, after ticking the boxes at checkout: confirming that you have read and accept the Pre-contract Information and these Terms of Sale, and, for private lessons and the group course, asking for the lessons to start within the withdrawal period. We email you a copy of these terms, the Pre-contract Information and the model withdrawal form once the payment has gone through; you can also save or print this page. The version published when you pay is the one that applies to your order.
